For online returns or exchanges, use the link below to send your product back to us. We’ll refund the value to your original form of payment. Re-order your desired product in the meantime. For gift exchanges, use the link below and select “Start Gift Return Here” to receive the value on a digital gift card.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Step 1: Bring items to return or exchange to one of our retail locations.
Step 2: Our retail pros will work with you to make things right.
Returns and exchanges can typically be handled right then and there.
Repairs by Mail
Ship repairs directly to our knife makers in the Tetons.
Step 1: Print the form below and include it in your shipment so we can handle your request promptly. Form can be filled on your computer and printed out, or printed out and filled in by hand.
There are two options: fill out the form digitally with an online pdf editor or Adobe Acrobat and print to include with your knife shipment. Or, print it first and fill it out by hand.
Step 2: Pack your knives or other items securely in a box.
IMPORTANT: pack your knives in their original leather sheath or a sheath created from cardboard. For the safety of our postal workers, please ship knives in a cardboard box.
Step 3: Ship your knives to our factory in Idaho. We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx with "signature required" for delivery. We are not liable for lost or damaged inbound packages. Please hold on to your shipment tracking number for reference.
