The East meets New West in our santoku chef knives. This Japanese-style blade takes its name from the "three virtues" of slicing, dicing and mincing. A generous width provides easy scooping while the moderate length and ergonomic design offer elite agility. Our santoku knives feature Western touches – like an etching of the Teton Mountain Range replacing traditional blade dimples – and benefit from superior high carbon steel consisting of American-made S35VN “powder metal.”
