Bon Appetit Magazine reviews New West Knifeworks 2 piece kitchen set.

This is a funny story. Michael Milligan, who in addition to pitching our chef knives to magazines, is also a professional actor (and New West founder Corey Milligan's brother.) While performing in a play on the West End in London, one of his castmates best friends from the states came to see the show and joined the crew for drinks afterwards.
