This summer, New West KnifeWorks COO, Anthony Campolattaro had a beautiful wedding in Jackson Hole and New West founder, Corey Milligan, pulled out all the stops for his longtime friend and colleague. Not only was Corey one of the tight-knit groomsmen, his gift to Anthony was an over-the-top antipasto spread with home-made Italian-style cured meats in all forms and flavors.
