At New West KnifeWorks, we don’t do assembly lines. Every G-Fusion and Ironwood knife is individually crafted by skilled artisans, ensuring the highest level of precision and care.

Our process combines cutting-edge technology with true hand-finishing. The blades are precisely ground by expert machine operators, but the finishing touches—smoothing, polishing, sharpening—are all done by hand, one knife at a time.
