Martin Huber | 6" San Mai Cleaver

From a long lineage of blacksmiths, Martin has been around the wonders of heat and hammers since the young of 3 years old. Fast forward many years of practice and countless knives made, Martin opened up his own shop in 2016 to craft some of the finest custom kitchen knives. His knives are built to be used daily in the kitchen, with wonderful geometry, razor sharp edges and useful designs.
