In addition to Chef Gator’s frequent cameos on Yellowstone, the NY Times best selling cookbook author is also head of craft services for all of Yellowstone’s film productions. He cooks daily for 300-600 people on mountain tops, out on the prairie or wherever the crew is shooting. The meats that come out of his giant smoker are legendary among gaffers and A-listers alike.
