Twilight is part of a small Maker's Mark batch - a limited run of 8" Chefs finished with a deep violet handle, no two pieces catching the light exactly the same way. Once this batch is gone, it's gone.

One knife maker fits the handle, hand-finishes the choil and spine, and sharpens the blade before it ever leaves Victor, Idaho. The blade itself is CPM S35VN - the flagship blade, legendary balance and feel, the knife that's converted more than a few customers into collectors.

A knife that performs like the rest of the line. A handle that makes it worth displaying.

Use & Care

Hand wash with warm soapy water and hand dry for maximum edge retention and stain resistance. For safety and edge protection, store dry knives in their leather sheath, in a wood block, or on a magnet designed to hold knives. For a full tune-up: free lifetime sharpening.
Do not put in the dishwasher - this will dull the knife.
For edge retention, cut only on wood or softer plastic cutting boards.
As needed, apply a light coat of mineral oil to the handle with a soft cloth to enhance vibrance.
