The Teton range etched into the blade, and a vivid burl handle that reads like terrain seen from above. Part of Cirque, a small batch where no two handles match.

Description
Description
Before the factory, there were art shows. Corey Milligan made knives by hand, convinced a tool could be beautiful and still do hard work every day. Maker’s Mark is our return to that idea: small-batch releases, each knife finished by an individual knife maker, each handle its own.
A cirque is the bowl a glacier carves into a mountainside, slowly, over a very long time. This batch is named for that patient work. The handle is finished by hand in colors that belong to the high country, and no other knife shares it. Once this batch is gone, it’s gone.
Underneath is the Santoku: CPM S35VN particle metallurgy steel with our Teton Edge™ etching, a nod to the mountains where it’s made that also breaks the suction that makes food cling to the blade. A wide blade for transfer, a curved tip for rock-chopping, and a flat heel for push-cutting. The knife that does everything.
One knife maker fits the handle, hand-finishes the choil and spine, and sharpens the blade before it leaves Victor, Idaho. Built to be used, trusted, and passed down for generations.

Use & Care
Use & Care
- Hand wash with warm soapy water and hand dry for maximum edge retention and stain resistance. For safety and edge protection, store dry knives in their leather sheath, in a wood block, or on a magnet designed to hold knives. For a full tune-up: free lifetime sharpening.
- Do not put in the dishwasher - this will dull the knife.
- For edge retention, cut only on wood or softer plastic cutting boards.
- As needed, apply a light coat of mineral oil to the handle with a soft cloth to enhance vibrance.
