Paula and Bell' Alimento love our 8'' Custom Chef Knife

 

Paula and New West have a very, very loving relationship.  We make the knives, and Bell' Alimento uses them.  This time we convinced Paula to try our 8'' Custom Chef Knife.  Made with damascus steel and featuring one of the many exotic handles we have to offer, our Custom Chef was able to tackle Paula's vegan egglant parm recipe.  And the eggplant wasn't the only thing that looked good.  Please check out Paula and her awesome blog Bell Alimento.
