It’s the Steph Knife, designed with Chef Stephanie Izard and made in Victor, Idaho, with the chapter’s seal etched beneath our own. Every one ordered through this page supports the Les Dames Sonoma foundation with 15% of the purchase.

The Steph Knife began as an 18-month collaboration between our Victor, Idaho shop and Chef Stephanie Izard: Top Chef, Iron Chef, James Beard Award winner. She shaped every part of it. Now it carries the seal of Les Dames d’Escoffier Sonoma Chapter, an organization she [supports / belongs to] because it puts women at the front of food, wine and hospitality. It’s one knife that supports two missions.

How It Works:

  1. Add the Steph Knife to your cart. It’s available only in the original green colorway.
  2. Check out as usual. You don’t need a code or any extra step.
  3. We etch and ship. Your link from Les Dames Sonoma tells us to add the seal. We etch it in Victor, Idaho, and the knife ships to you.
