For us foodies out there we know that Bon Appetit is a big deal! When the editors of Bon Appetit asked for a sample of our Petty Knife, we sent them one in each color.  We are extremely proud of our Petty knife and all that it can accomplish.  This 5" utility knife is truly a kitchen workhorse. And even though it is small compared to most chef knives we can say with confidence, that it will soon become your go to knife.
