Description
Description
Get a grip.
Proprietary jimping along the knife's spine offers added grip for elevated field performance. This blade features a handle crafted from stabilized maple burl. The wood grain patterns mimic the eddies and currents of a river. The colors are inspired by the iridescent scales of the Cutbow, a hybrid of the beloved Wyoming Cutthroat and feisty Idaho Rainbow.
Limited Edition.
Because each maple burl pattern is unique, and a variety of colors were selected, no two handles are identical. Every one of the 62 Cutbow knives produced is engraved with a limited edition number. Each of these knives is a one-of-a-kind collector’s item.
Precision design, field-tested.
The leaf-like blade shape gives the knife an unrivaled point, making it easy to puncture tough skin with precision. The Cutbow performs masterfully when skinning smaller animals (rabbit, trout, beaver) and the 2.64” blade even stands up to the chore of caping big game. This small and lightweight blade excels where space is limited and exacting accuracy is necessary.
Excellence.
This knife is crafted from the highest performing steel on the market, S35VN. This high carbon, alloyed steel offers enduring toughness, extended edge-holding, stain resistance, and sharpenability. Each Limited Edition Cutbow, comes with a full-grain leather belt sheath.

Use & Care
Use & Care
- Hand wash with warm soapy water and hand dry for maximum edge retention and stain resistance. For safety and edge protection, store dry knives in their leather sheath, in a wood block, or on a magnet designed to hold knives. For a full tune-up: free lifetime sharpening.
- Do not put in the dishwasher - this will dull the knife.
- For edge retention, cut only on wood or softer plastic cutting boards.
- As needed, apply a light coat of mineral oil to the handle with a soft cloth to enhance vibrance.
