David Lisch has been working with metal most of his life- as a fabricator, as a blacksmith, as a knife maker, and as an artist. David and his wife and fellow knife maker, Andrea, also teach blacksmith techniques and knife making at their school in Yelm, Washington.

Damascus is in my blood. Stacking and resizing, forging and manipulating the patterns so that each billet is one of a kind, and each knife is a unique piece of art and a fully functioning tool.
