The Super 9 Hybrid
While supplies last! Necessity is the mother of invention! These were Super Breads (9" shape with serration) that we improperly ground the serration on. We ground off the serration and turned them into skinny 9 inch chefs. So, those who prefer a light, agile knife, might enjoy these even more than our regular 9's. They are 1/8 -1/4" narrower in the blade than our standard 9. They still work great and you couldn't tell they aren't first quality without holding them up to the original. They provide plenty of clearance for your knuckles while mincing on the cutting board. These are a great deal on a knife made with the highest performance steel available. The K-edge (cullenshiffer/dimple ground) helps keep food from sticking the side of the knife and allows it to pass easily through food. The thick hand finished steel infront of the handle allows for a blister free pinch grip.
