"From delicate tomatoes to half frozen baby back ribs this knife was up to any challenge I threw down on the cutting board! The dimpled blade keeps foods from sticking to the blade, making chopping go much quicker. And if cut through those half frozen baby back ribs like they were butter! If and when I go back to professional cooking, I will certainly demand that my entire kitchen be outfitted with New West KnifeWorks."
